Energems are a quick energy bite. They look like giant M&M's and actually don't taste bad either!
They taste pretty good! You would want to be careful to only take the amount you need. Because they aren't really candy but you would be tempted to eat more LOL. I think my favorite would have to be the Peanut Butter ones. The mint wasnt bad either. The Chocolate tastes ok but you can taste the vitamins a little. But again its not a bad flavor at all.
