Studies are showing that contact with the ground will make you feel happier and give you a better sense of well being! Earthing or grounding footwear can help you feel that connectedness to the Earth when you are not able to be barefoot! Krista over at Savory Savings recently had a chance to review groundals from Get Grounded and shared her thoughts in a review!

I have heard this for many years that we are connected to our planet and walking barefoot is awesome. I still do it a lot in the summer. But sometimes in 100+ weather that is not so smart when you can burn the bottoms of your feet. That is where a great peice of footwear is important! So get in your entries today!
