Hey everyone!
You can find my public page here.

I have been doing computer repair for about 29 years or so. I started offering remote support in 2007. I am currently located in Collinsville OK. I do travel for in person work within 50 miles or so. I can remote in an diagnose and repair most computers so long as they can reach a web browser to install the remote software.
Pros of this service...
1 - Fast support from your own home.
2 - You can watch everything I do and I explain what I am doing as I do it.
3 - No dropping your computer off and wondering if anyone has been in your personal documents or in your stored passwords.
4 - No worry that the shop will reformat your hard drive because it was too difficult to fix correctly.
5 - I warranty all my work, so if you need help on an issue I have resolved and it comes back, I will go back in at no expense if its an unresolved issue. If I can see its a new issue from downloading hacked software or something of that nature a cost will be charged for repair.
6 - Any software I use is FREE. So no extra fees for software to help keep you up to date and safe.
7 - I will put the computer on AUTOPILOT, so no more worries about the pc being out of date, or virus updates not being updated.
8 - My prices start at $85. This price includes initial remote in and check system, virus scan, checking for bad programs, pushing new updates, tweaking if needed to speed the system up. Identifying any and all problems. Looking at possible upgrade potential (win10 or later computers needing to be moved to 11). PSA - Not all computers that are older then 5 years can take Win11. Check out my reviews and my page. I have helped people in the USA, Sweden, Mexico, and Germany. I am open to anywhere that needs help remotely so long as you speak english and can help me in not english based computers to getting where you need to be via phone. If you have severe issues needing extensive work, after the initial $85 I charge $20/hr. It rarely comes to that. Generally I can get you fixed up in the first remote in.
Cons
Not a list of them but things to consider...
Repairs can be fast or can take hours depending on YOUR internet speed and stability. So if you have dialup or poor speeds of upload...it can take a LONG time on my end to allow me to see what I need to see as I work.
If there is serious issues like viruses or missing files from a virus infecting the operating system, the repairs may take longer. Sometimes OS issues can cause the disk to sit at 100%. That is fixable but it takes a bunch of time to fix remotely as the system locks. So that affects how long the installs of software or other things would take to get things done properly.
If there is a hardware issue I can identify it...but if you are not local I cannot make that swap. I am happy to find you a good service provider in your local area.
