Bobby is a story written about 2 brothers. Bobby and Danny. Bobby has some severe mental retardation and is wheelchair bound. He's also mute and paralyzed.
In this chilling tale, which I read from cover to cover in about 1/2 hour because I really couldn't stop reading it, we find out history about Bobby's wheelchair, and how that history can affect the lives of people around him. How cruel people can recieve payback in the strangest ways.
This story has emotional depth that pulls you in, it also brings you to the level of his older brother Danny and how he struggles to be there for his brother even when faced with much older bullies. What was supposed to be a great day for the brothers turns sour and we find out just how cruel some people can be. It will bring you back to earth as you read on to see how Danny and Bobby deal with these cruel people.
I do not want to ruin the story for you. The suspence is awesome and this was a awesome read. Read this story and take that walk in Danny's shoes over what he had witnessed around Bobby and his wheelchair.
