Stephanies Homemade Crockpot BBQ Ribs!

My friend has agreed to share some amazing recipies with me that I can share with you all!  Do me a favor and try these out and go check out her group on Facebook, HealthyeatingwithStephanie. She shares lots of great recipies as well as great health info!



Stephanie Spaltro's Crockpot Ribs

3-4 lbs of pork ribs (we like pork cause there is no meat on beef ones!)

! bottle of BBQ Sauce of your choosing (We like Sugar Ray's)
I add garlic powder and pepper to taste!

Cook on high for 4-6 hours or until ribs are to your desired tenderness! I like mine falling apart!


Serve with either rice/quinoa 


This time we had homemade potato salad with it!! Yummmmy!
